Emprise Bank is adding more startup and financial technology experience to its board of directors.

The bank announced Thursday that Josh Oeding, NXTUS, Inc. president and CEO, and founder and general partner at Tenzing Capital, is the newest member of its board.

"It's an honor to join the Emprise team at this exciting time in their history and growth," Oeding said in a news release. "I’m proud to be connected to a company that has embraced innovation as a critical part of their strategy."
