This innovative program allows startups from around the world to present their technology solutions to Kansas organizations focused on improving the health of Kansans and removing barriers to community growth.
2024 Recap
The NXTUS Community Health & Vibrancy Pilot Competition, presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, concluded with an innovation showcase featuring 10 finalists from around the globe. This year's program brought together seven community partners to explore technology solutions aimed at enhancing health outcomes in Kansas. The partners committed to piloting initiatives addressing women's health, veteran career opportunities, and early skin cancer detection, among others.
Thrive Allen County: Working with Myri Health and Polco, and discussions with Major Talent.
Hodgeman County Economic Development: Pursuing projects with Marma, Major Talent, and Kwit, and conversations with Polco.
Russell Regional Hospital: Exploring opportunities for finalists within the hospital and local networks.
LiveWell Northwest Kansas: Pursuing funding and connections with finalists in their 9-county region.
