NXTSTAGE contest in Wichita lands projects for fintech startups

The return of the NXTSTAGE Pilot Competition for financial technology has garnered projects for two fintech startups.
The contest-arm of local entrepreneurial organization NXTUS Inc. held its latest innovation showcase Wednesday evening, highlighting eight finalists with technology geared toward the financial sector.
While that gave finalists the opportunity to show their product and services to a broader audience both in attendance and online, the event was capped by partnership announcements from both Intrust Bank and Emprise Bank.
