Mary Beth Jarvis has a front-row seat for an entrepreneurial resurgence that is happening in Wichita.
Her role as executive director of NXTUS Inc. places her squarely in the middle of a collective effort to connect local and regional entrepreneurs to communities, capital and ultimately customers.
NXTUS also gives Jarvis a platform to be an ambassador for entrepreneurship, something she characterizes as “invigorating.” Jarvis says NXTUS doubled the scope and size of its program offerings from 2021 to 2022. The organization also is emphasizing matching more entrepreneurs with mentors and helping connect them with resources and avenues for obtaining capital.
