Sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS), we unveiled 6 pilot projects and identified 22 potential future initiatives. These efforts target improving Kansas' population health and economic vibrancy, tackling issues such as data-driven policy-making, mental health access, nutrition, diabetes management, community health worker empowerment, and enhanced care for new mothers and seniors. Leaders from Kansas communities pledged commitment to piloting these innovative solutions, underscoring a collective drive towards progress and well-being.
Scott County Development Committee: Announced pilot projects with Polco and Remble, with continued discussions toward projects with eddii Health, GoNo Food Finder, and Myri Health.
Thrive Allen County: Announced pilot projects with Myri Health, Pear Suite, Polco, and Remble. Pursuing funding for potential projects with Medic All, Serenity Health, and Welfie.
Hodgeman County Economic Development: Pursuing projects with eddii Health and Myri Health.
LiveWell Northwest Kansas: Pursuing funding for pilots with Medic All, Myri Health, Pear Suite, and Remble.
Russell Regional Hospital: Exploring projects with GoNo Food Finder, Medic All, Remble, and Serenity Health.
Wichita Medical Practice Association of the University of Kansas School of Medicine: Working with eddii Health, Myri Health, Pear Suite, Remble, and Welfie for future pilots.
